Writers and Readers Weight Loss Page
See 50
cookbooks for weight loss
.
I'm trying something new. While I'm working hot and heavy on a book
project and not so focused on food preparation, I'm trying nutrisystems.
I just started--but so far so good. The food is fine, I'm sure that
everyone will find an item or two they don't like, but you get to choose the
food you want. This is great--you pick your meals. One of my items was
broken open in the mail--they sent a new one --no questions.
When my book project is done and I'm near my goal weight--I'm going to wean
off the food from the 6 days a week I do

It works! I've lost 12 pounds.
 |
now--every three weeks--I'll
switch to my own food another day a week. This weaning thing--IS NOT an
official part of the program, but I know myself. If I say I 'm going to
eat 100% this portion controlled food--I'll fail. I want an occasional
night, lunch or breakfast out and with my family. A more moderate approach
will work better for me! If you'd like a $15 dollar off coupon--email
me and I'll send you one if I have any left.
