Guidelines for submitting to Honeymoon Night Confessions (this is the working title and it may change) Honeymoon Night Confessions is a compilation of funny, touching and moving true stories about wedding night fiascos. We will not accept sexually explicit or violent stories. We are looking for true stories from the heart. Perhaps your groom got sick on your wedding night or you fell and hit your head and knocked yourself out cold. Those are the stories we want to read. Make us laugh or at least snicker. If you don’t have a story of your own, write about your sister’s wedding or your best friends romantic get away gone bad. Did you get locked out of your hotel room in your underwear on your 10th anniversary? Story Specifications: It is preferred that all submissions are sent via email to honeymoonsubmission@yahoo.com . If you do not have access to the Internet, please send your submission(s) typed on plain white 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper, in 12-point Times New Roman font and include a SASE to:

The contact information should include snail mail, e-mail, and phone or fax numbers so that we can quickly contact you if we have questions and send written communiqués to you. Stories must be true, ranging in length between 500-2000 words and written in English. For our legal protection, no anonymous or author-unknown submissions will be published. We must have the contact information for the author and subject of the story if the person described is not the author. Send only one copy of each submission. We do not return submissions. Please do not send your only copy of the story. Author must hold the copyright. Please specify if it is a reprint and where it was printed. Reprints will be considered on a limited basis.
Deadline for submissions is August 31, 2002.
