Freelance Writers And The Internet: A Match Made In Heaven In the past ten years, more opportunities to be a published freelance writer have become available, thanks to the Internet and the World Wide Web. Rules have changed. In the old days, a freelance writer would have to wait weeks and sometimes months for a response from an editor.
